Terms and Conditions for Game Show with Free Wedding Catering and Venue Prize 1. Eligibility * Participants must be at least 18 years old. * Participants must be legal residents of the United States of America * Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of the game show organizers and sponsors are not eligible to participate. * Participants must have a genuine need for wedding catering and a venue. * Participants understand the venue provided in the prize is 416 Wabash in Indianapolis. However the the venue credit can be used for other events besides a wedding and is transferrable. 2. Entry Requirements * Only one entry per couple is allowed. 3. Selection Process * Couples will be awarded participants in the game when 20 of their unique tickets have been sold 4. Game Show Participation * Finalists must be available to participate in the game show on July 19th 2024 * Participants must adhere to all rules and instructions given during the game show. * The game show may involve various rounds of competition, including but not limited to quizzes, physical challenges, and talent displays. 5. Prize Details * The prize includes wedding catering and a venue for 200 guests * The prize does not include additional costs such as transportation, accommodations, or other wedding-related expenses. * The date and time of the wedding are subject to availability and must be coordinated with the venue and catering providers. 6. Prize Redemption * The winning couple must book their wedding within 24 months of winning. * Any changes to the wedding date or guest count must be communicated in advance and may be subject to additional fees. * The prize is transferable but cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. 7. Publicity * By participating, the winning couple agrees to participate in promotional activities related to the game show and the prize. * This includes but is not limited to being featured in media coverage, social media posts, and promotional materials. * The winning couple grants the organizers and sponsors the right to use their names, photos, and any other relevant information for promotional purposes without additional compensation. 8. Liability * The organizers and sponsors are not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from participation in the game show or the use of the prize. * Participants agree to release and hold harmless the organizers and sponsors from any claims arising from their participation in the game show and the prize. 9. Disqualification * Any participant found to be violating the terms and conditions or engaging in unfair practices will be disqualified. * The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant at their discretion. 10. Miscellaneous * The organizers reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. * Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved at the discretion of the organizers. * These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the specified country or region.
