Here at Nameless Catering, our staff is proud to help a lot of people have a fun and appetizing event. But sometimes, we are particularly proud of helping certain groups or organizations with their catering needs. That is the case with Bosma Enterprises.

The nonprofit has a long history of helping Hoosiers with vision loss obtain skills they will use for life. And it is precisely because they empower 800 people with their rehabilitation program each year that Nameless Catering is proud to sponsor the organization’s monthly leadership luncheon.

In 1915, Bosma Enterprises was just a state-run effort. But as the years passed, it turned into a non-profit vocational program that serves as a helping hand to the state’s many no- or low-vision residents. The group’s dedication is notorious in the Hoosier state, giving jobs to those who lost their sight, and teaching skills to many who may have thought they would never be able to be productive again.

Every month, Nameless Catering celebrates Bosma Enterprises’ leaders by sponsoring their leadership luncheons in Indianapolis. And while we change the menu monthly, a big favorite of theirs is our Smokey BBQ menu.

If you’re organizing an event in the near future and you decide to book Nameless Catering, one of the many menus you may choose from is our signature Smokey BBQ

To create the best pork in the state, we blend more than 20 different spices and smoke the meat for no less than 10 hours. We then shred the pork by hand. That’s right.

For our latest Bosma Enterprises luncheon, the idea of going with our Smokey BBQ seemed appropriate. After all, we put a whole lot of love in our meat.

In order to continue helping the nearly 160,000 blind or visually impaired people in the state, we pledge to carry on, supporting Bosma Enterprises in any way we can. And if keeping them happy and satisfied for an afternoon is how we can do it, so be it!
